The is accepting applications for its 2018 Dissertation Research Grant.
Through the program, two-year grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded in support of oncology nursing research for PhD dissertations. Preference will be given to projects that promote theoretically based oncology practice.
To be eligible, the principal investigator must be a registered nurse (RN) actively pursuing a career in some aspect of cancer patient care, education, or research, and be a PhD student. Membership in ONS is not required.
Letters of Intent must be received no later than June 1. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a complete application by July 1, 2018.
