Princess Grace Foundation-USA Accepting Applications for Student Films

The is accepting applications for its 2018 Princess Grace Film Awards.

Through the annual program, grants are awarded in support of student thesis film projects at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The categories of eligible films include narrative/documentary/experimental/animation/hybrid work, as well as newer forms such as media installations, transmedia, webisodes, interactive Web work, and other projects where the moving image is the primary component.

These grants will be made in accordance with the student’s thesis project budget; administrative charges, overhead, and indirect costs incurred by the school may NOT be charged against the grant.

To be eligible, nominees must be a full-time or matriculated student who has not yet have completed a thesis film, or who has completed at least one film as a director, and is the director of the proposed film.
