Boston Scientific Foundation Accepting Proposals to Meet Unmet Health Services

is dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world.

As part of this mission, the is accepting proposals from programs or projects designed to improve the health of those with significant unmet needs by enhancing access to or the quality of care, or supporting disease prevention and awareness efforts. Priority will be given to programs related to diagnostic, prevention, and treatment services for noncommunicable diseases. All proposals must address the needs of underserved populations in the communities listed below.

Grant amounts will depend on the size of the applicant organization and the program for which a grant is being requested. The foundation does not award multiyear grants.

To be eligible, applicants must be a health-related organization that is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Applicants must be focused on individuals or communities with significant unmet needs and be located within thirty miles of one of the following communities: Spencer, Indiana; Boston, Marlborough, or Quincy, Massachusetts; St. Paul/Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Fremont, San Jose, or Valencia, California
