The and , a Dallas-based nonprofit working to close the opportunity gap in education through a quality-improvement process called "creative learning," launched Creating Quality in February to provide information, tools, and other resources for evaluating and improving the quality of arts education and creative learning in schools, afterschool programs, and summer learning opportunities.
