USC Marshall School of Business Receives $5 Million From Brittingham Family Foundation

The at the University of Southern California has received a $5 million gift from alumni Scott and Ella Brittingham to expand the reach and impact of programs at its Society and Business Lab.

Awarded through the , the gift will enable the center to build on its expertise to address some of the world's most pressing problems from a business standpoint. Newly renamed the in recognition of the gift, the center will provide students, faculty, alumni, and visitors with a range of programs, events, and career development opportunities focused on promoting social entrepreneurship.

Multiple factors helped influence the foundation's decision to make the gift, said Scott Brittingham. "For us, it was a win-win. A way to support Marshall and USC while also supporting students who share our mission of addressing social, educational, health, and environmental challenges."
