As part of its three-year commitment to provide an additional $131 million (€100 million) to help address the effects of the prolonged socioeconomic crisis in Greece, the Athens-based foundation awarded grants totaling $22.3 million (€17 million). Grant recipients include the , for a food assistance and nutrition program in public schools; , for an art therapy program for women prisoners; and , for renovations and the purchase of equipment for its neonatal clinic.
