The has announced the hire of STACEY EASTERLING as vice president of programs. Easterling, most recently director of program growth and development at Encore.org, previously worked as a program executive in Atlantic Philanthropies’ U.S. Aging Program and was director of community grantmaking at the Cleveland Foundation.

has announced the appointment of MERILOU GONZALES as communications coordinator. Gonzales has two decades of program management experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently at the Greater Milwaukee Committee, where she led the Talent Dividend initiative and the Milwaukee Succeeds initiative. Prior to that, she held multiple positions at Public Allies, a national leadership development organization that works with young adults. 

The has announced the appointments of OMMEED SATHE and JOHN P. TAYLOR to its board. Sathe is vice president for impact investments at Prudential Financial, in which role he is responsible for underwriting, origination, pipeline development, and portfolio management of the firm’s impact investments. Earlier, he was director of real estate development at the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority. Taylor serves as chief financial officer for  Development Capital Partners, LLC and Tierney Management, LLC and earlier served in the same role at Technoserve, Inc. Previously, he served as controller at Swiss manufacturer Mikron, Inc.; worked on the finance team at the Early Learning Centre, an international educational toy retailer; and served on the boards of smallholder lending funds Ghana CEDI Trust and Mapato (Tanzania).

Nonprofit software solutions provider has announced the appointment of MARY BETH WESTMORELAND as chief technology officer. Westmoreland has worked at Blackbaud since 2008, most recently as senior vice president of product development. Prior to that, she served as vice president of research and development at Ipswitch, Inc. and was manager of enterprise and technical systems at Westinghouse Savannah River Company. She currently serves on the boards of the South Carolina Make-a-Wish Foundation and several computer science-related organizations and is actively involved in local STEM programs and women-in-technology initiatives.

In other news, the UK-based , convener of the , has announced the appointment of KYLA SHAWYER as chief executive. Shawyer has served the organization as interim chief since June 2014 and spearheaded the development of its new . Shawyer’s association with the organization began when she chaired the IFC in 2014. At the time, she was chief operating officer at Operation Smile, where she had worked in various capacities since 2006. Earlier, she worked in management and marketing roles in the commercial sector in both the United States and the UK.
