The has announced the appointment of KELLY MEDINGER as executive director. Medinger, who earlier worked as a program officer at the Goizueta Foundation in Atlanta and as director of corporate, foundation, and government relations at Stevenson University, joined the foundation in 2011 as a program and communications associate.
The has announced the promotion of MARILEE DAL PRA to vice president of programs, effective immediately. Dal Pra, a program director at the trust since 2001, serves in leadership positions on the boards of Grantmakers for Children, Youth & Families; Educare Arizona; Expect More Arizona; First Things First; and the Valley of the Sun United Way. Earlier, she served as director of the Arizona Division for Children. The trust also announced that program director CAROL KATZ has transitioned to a part-time role and will continue to lead its work related to older adults and arts and culture.

Guedj, most recently vice president for philanthropic and donor services at the foundation, has worked at the foundation for twelve years. Earlier, she was a senior executive with the Massachusetts Bar Association and director of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and was membership director at the Council on Foundations.

Rios, senior vice president of government and community relations at Wells Fargo, has held various positions in the retail, wholesale, and banking industries during the course of his career. In addition to being recognized by the California State Senate and Assembly, he was reappointed to California's Economic Strategy Panel in 2010 by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and in 2005 was honored with the U.S. Small Business Administration's Financial Services Champion award.
