The Rasmuson Foundation has announced that the , an initiative of the , will award ten round-trip Alaska Airlines tickets to executive directors of rural Alaska nonprofits or tribal administrators of their organizations. The organizations must be based in rural communities and preference will be given to organizations in communities that are not connected to the state's road system. The deadline to apply is March 22.

The has announced that VIP tickets are available for Graze 4 Good, a fundraiser that will give guests the opportunity to support its Fourth Generation Fund while sampling food prepared by five of the region's most in-demand chefs, including two who were 2015 semifinalists for the James Beard Awards. The event will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on March 22 at Solar Arts by Chowgirls. VIP tickets will provide guests access to the chefs as they prepare an exclusive bite paired with a specially chosen wine. Tickets to the general event will include tastings prepared by each chef. Proceeds from the event support the grantmaking of Fourth Generation, a program that encourages emerging philanthropists to pool their resources and learn the precepts of smart giving.
