has announced a $15.3 million partnership with the to improve the lives of children and families by boosting home access to the Internet and digital literacy programs.
The multiyear initiative is designed to build public awareness of the Y's work, with a focus on its "" campaign of public service announcements in English and Spanish. To help level the playing field for low-income families, Comcast also will expand its support of the digital literacy program and academic achievement programs at Ys nationwide with grants totaling $50,000 to the , the , the , the , and the .
