The , the philanthropic arm of the in Quincy, Massachusetts, has announced that it awarded grants totaling $2.8 million in 2015 and that Arabella employees provided sixteen hundred employee hours to nonprofit organizations in New England.
During the year, Arbella awarded more than $133,000 in support of a range of causes championed by its employees; contributed $778,000 in partnership with its independent agents in support of a variety of local causes; and provided more than $85,000 as a corporate sponsor of 's annual . The foundation also helped fund a number of local youth and development organizations, including local YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, and , which provides residents of and disadvantaged youth in Fall River, Massachusetts, with educational and developmental programs. In addition, the foundation and Arbella employees supported a range of homeless and hunger programs, veterans causes, and driving-safety initiatives.
