The has announced a $4 million lead gift to in Meridian, Idaho, to create a multi-use facility in south Meridian.
The gift will kick-start a community-wide campaign involving the YMCA, the West Ada School District, the City of Meridian, and additional partners to create a $20 million campus that includes an elementary school, an aquatics center, a gym, and a park. The campus will be located on twenty-two acres of land donated by Meridian residents Marti Hill and Dixie Cook and Brighton Corporation CEO David Turnbull.

"The people of Meridian will be able to come to one place to learn and grow at their family YMCA, in their city park, and at their children's new elementary school — one place, multiple partners, limitless learning."
