September 11 Memorial Webcast Series

The , which has received major funding from the , , and foundations, releases monthly featuring interviews related to the global aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. Recent installments of the "Exploring 9/11: The World Before and After" series have featured Princeton University professor Bernard Haykel discussing al-Qaeda in the context of various Islamic movements and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Lawrence Wright discussing the emergence of al-Qaeda in the lead-up to September 11. All interviews in the series are conducted by Legacy Project founder Clifford Chanin, senior program advisor for the memorial.
